Yes it is but I do not know how late they are open. I made a day of it... I went there to eat and then I went to the Lee Outlets and did some shopping. Thanks for the question

Old time diner with good food and great staff. Good value, fast service, nothing fancy but great for a decent meal at a fair price.
I love diners. I love local businesses. So local diners are the best. Joe's Diner was absolutely delicious. The service was great. Cash only though. They do have an ATM in the restaurant.
Food & service was excellent. Cozy atmosphere.
quaint and legitimate diner with honest menu made to order. breakfast casserole is highly recommended.
It is a typical diner with standard food that isn't anything special. Prices are reasonable but you get what you pay for. If you buy a $4 cheeseburger and split it with your companion they will charge you $2 to split it without bringing an extra plate. Locals love this place but it isn't worth a stop.
Very quaint diner that serves some mean burgers. Service was not very quick, but was amiable and fun to chat with. Removed stars because it was not advertised anywhere inside or outside the diner that it was a cash only establishment. I guess the indoor ATM should've tipped me off, but I was traveling and a) was not using my phone to look up places to eat, so couldn't have seen online that it was cash onlyb) did not have my debit card with me to withdraw cash from the ATM.This made it a hassle to figure out how I was going to pay my tab (I eventually did). I learned my lesson, but a simple sign out front saying "CASH ONLY" would've saved me a lot of trouble.
Very nice place. I have been coming here since I was a young kid. Great people !
Very nostalgic and homey. Didn't catch our waitresses name, she was very pleasant and had a sense of humor. Took photos for us and we also adlib Norman Rockwell's "Runaway". A must visit. The food is very good, well priced and reminded me of my younger days.
Nothing really like this place left. A small step back in time. The food has yet to disappoint. Quick service, hot food. Great prices. No complaints.
I love diners my wife went there previously with her mother awesome place. It's been open for a long time.Cash only but worth it.It's not a big place but like I said definitely worth going there
Waitress was super nice and great prices it was my first time there ever
Kind staff, inexpensive food, great atmosphere.
First time I've ben here the food is really good and the service is excellent. Everyone that works here is friendly.
I had eggs and they were good. Staff were very pleasant. What a great little place. I was just passing through but I wish I had a diner like that in my home neighborhood. Would you consider moving?
Real down home American diner. Will take you back to simpler times. Food is ready quickly and very good. It will be your turn to be in a Rockwell painting.😀😀😀🤗
New facelift looks great, same friendly customer service.
Very reasonable prices. Great friendly staff. Try the juicy lucy!
Great local treasure. Had the basic ham and egg breakfast but the food was tasty and hot. The home fries were spot on. Met some of the locals which rounded out a super good experience.
Amazing food for the price. Very quaint in a beautiful small town! Would go there again!!
I've been coming here for the past five months and every meal I've had has been amazing. This is a local diner full of history and great food. Classic Americana feel as soon as you walk in. Locals sitting at the bar sipping coffee and talking about day to day life. It's like taking a step back in time. Service is great and Susan is a wonderful and hilarious server. Don't come here expecting groundbreaking elevated dishes, it's a classic diner. There's no cappuccinos or avocado toast, just great classic breakfast food. Cold cut grinder is my go to as is the steak and cheese grinder. The bacon jam burger and juicy Lucy are both amazingly juicy burgers. Only critique is that they need a touch of salt, but there's a salt shaker on the table so no big deal. Also the prices are dirt cheap. You won't spend more that $12 per person any time you visit. Most sandwiches and burgers are less than $8. Overall, if you're looking for a traditional diner breakfast or lunch, this is the perfect spot.
Been going to Joe's whenever in Lee for decades - Always great quick food
Amazing food waitress was so nice prices are good cute place can't wait to go back
So I found this place in Lee Massachusetts and I had a great experience it's a throwback Diner from back in the 50s. There are old photos on the wall of famous people. Some autographed some not. Cool little counter to sit and eat at. I ordered three scrambled eggs bacon home fries and toast with some coffee and I think it took less than 3 minutes to get my food. It was quite fast and I was impressed. For me the coffee was delicious I don't know what kind of coffee they use but it tasted Dynamite
Wonderful employees!!! and very good pizza 🍕
There gravy is not up to southern gravy n biscuits standards.....other than that great service
Amazing fresh food their garlic parmesan wings are amazing their burgers fresh and delicious they use good products and it can be experienced in the quality of their steaks and burgers Fully reccomended it.
Awesome old school town diner. Great food and at a reasonable price.
This was our first time visiting and we loved the place. The food was excellent, affordable and the service was excellent as well! This diner was the backdrop for Norman Rockwell's iconic 1958 Saturday Evening Post cover "The Runway." We highly recommend.
Norman Rockwell's inspiration for the "Runaway"! Best homemade food and friendly service!
Small but delicious menu and great service
Good breakfast there nice quaint place come early, good seat...
The food is decent ... its breakfast food. The coffee was good. It's pretty small so make sure there isn't more than 2-3 in your party. Also, its CASH ONLY. There are no signs saying it, but their ATM will charge you $2.50 for using it!
An excellent place to have breakfast/lunch. The food was like early morning home cooked food. The service was on point as they were very down to earth and attentive.
Good food, good service at great prices. I wish there were more places like this.
Such an adorable little piece of history, we were pleasantly surprised at how good our juicy Lucy burger was and how sweet our server was, would definitely visit again.
Delicious breakfast. Great server. 100%
you can totally feel like you are in a Norman Rockwell's painting.
Loved the Texas Cheddar Burger!!!
I absolutely love diners! I was intrigued to come from the famous state trooper and child picture! The staff is friendly! Good portions at the right prices! Definitely a must try.
Had their fush sandwich special today. Very good. Clam chowder loaded with clams. Good coffee. Accommodating staff. Recommend.
Classic American diner. Lots of choices. I like the burgers.
Step back in time to a traditional diner with all day breakfast! Nice little spot with stools and limited table seating.
Great food and staff. Burger was hot and juicy. Fries were hot and very tasty. Even had apple and blueberry pies for desert
Went here because we heard it was a must while in town. The food was "eh," ok for breakfast fare. The prices are good, but the waitresses are a bit rude.
Good food, nice atmosphere. Friendly staff!
We stopped at Joe’s Diner for dinner when we were passing through to go to Connecticut, food was great very nice small place. Updated but retro which was very cool. People were very nice to us waitress was very nice and the three of us ate for less than 30 dollars. We will probably stop there again on our way back home.
We loved this place a hidden gem and the staff here are lovely and the food was exquisite
Amazing history as being one of the scenes painted by Norman Rockwell. Menu is a great selection of diner options and food tasted good. Service was slow for our table, even though the diner wasn’t busy. Cash-only even though no signage indicated that.
Delicious, home style food & very friendly staff. Also, they are doing a great job of observing covid precautions, which certainly inspires confidence when making the decision to eat away from home these days. Thank you for showing these tourists a slice of local life!
Eat at Joe's! GPS brought me here on accident, and I'm glad it did. Had a wonderful Bacon, Spinach, and Tomato Sandwiches, and conversation. The staff is great, and I love the historical connection to Norman Rockwell.
